MOBILE BAR HIRE

Wrights Marquees mobile bars pride ourselves on our high quality presentation and flexible, friendly service to suit our customers’ needs.

Our fully equipped mobile bars can cater for any event whether it’s a wedding, festival, country show, corporate bar or special occasion and can be housed outside in one of our beer tents (at an additional cost), inside your chosen venue or using our mobile bar trailer. The cost of hiring one of our bars is all dependant on location, guest numbers and venue (please ask for more details).

At all our events, we can provide:

  • Uniformed friendly staff
  • Wide range of alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages
  • Local real ales (on request)
  • Draught beer/cider (no extra charge)
  • Welcome & toasting drinks
  • Table drinks
  • Card machines (reception dependant)

We have various bar options for our customers to select from:

Option 1: Normal Cash pay bar – Our most popular option involves your guests purchasing drinks from our fully stocked bar like a normal pub using cash or card payments (dependant on signal).

Option 2: Tab Bar – Involves running a tab up to an agreed limit by yourself (to be settled before event), then your guests purchase their own drinks from the fully stocked bar after the tab expires.

Option 3: All Inclusive Bar – All drinks are free for your guests from the fully stocked bar, and you pick up the total drinks tab at the end of the event (this must be paid on the event night).

Option 4: Mobile Trailer Bar – Used for outdoor weddings, festivals and other events our mobile trailer bar is a high output unit specifically for larger clientele numbers. We can be ready and set up in less than 1 hour and use our own power supply (generator). Please ask us for more details and pricing.

Dry Hire

Our dry hire options allow you to organise your own bar using our equipment which can be adapted to suit your individual needs.

Delivery and collection is charged at 80 pence per mile.
(for example: if your location is 20 miles away your delivery and collection fee altogether would be £32).

NOTES:

On some bars we may require a non refundable booking fee this is dependant on the number of adult guests and location, and is used for the Temporary events notice application, all set up costs, delivery & collection to your chosen venue.

*Please bear in mind a Temporary Events Notice (T.E.N.) can take up to 14 days to process, so booking your bar well in advance is advised.

Please note that we require between 1.5 to 2 hours to set up our bars so please be aware of this when booking.

When hiring our mobile bar we require to be situated under cover with fully enclose sides to allow for our set up, security and bad weather.
